Terrible customer service. I was referred to this company but I've had a horrible experience so far. When I tried asking for more information regarding the quotes/policies I was given, the employee seemed irritated that she had to explain it to me. When I asked her for more information, she refused to give it to me and said it was all on the quote. In actuality, the quote was a very high level estimate and did not include the information I was looking for. When I continued asking her questions, like what the cancellation policy was like, she told me it'd be better if I looked elsewhere for a policy if I was planning on cancelling. It appears to me like they want me to blindly purchase insurance policies without fully understanding what's included in the policy. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
