Over 50% of the staff was unhelpful. Only one woman in there named Danielle was so sweet and caring. She was the ONLY one to show good customer service. One girl wouldn't touch anything in the store, she would walk around with a swiffer duster (not doing anything with it), and when I'd ask for help she would just point at things and have me grab everything myself. Once I tried on about 5 bras that didn't work out, another girl asked if I wanted to check out. I told her i wanted to take a look at some other styles but asked if there was someone who I could give the 5 bras to. Or if she'd like me to put them away myself...honest to God she SNATCHED them out of my hand and walked away. I grabbed something to check out and no one was at the register, until they hollered at my grandmother and I saying that they're using registers in a different part of the store.My grandmother addressed everything to a manager who just looked at us and said "okay, thank you". Everyone who reads this will know from experience that you can feel energy from body language. This manager and another employee next to her just looked at us pretty much, said nothing about addressing the situation, made no effort to help us feel heard as customers. They were basically showing us that they weren't going to do anything. So we left.

I went in today and had a few questions. The first associate was a little helpful but the second associate I spoke to gave me the same answer over and over like a robot. I asked 3 separate question to which she responded exactly the same each time. So odd! Not a great experience.

I went in today and was measured, I was measured incorrectly! Tried on the bras and when I asked for assistance from the computer inside the fitting room, no one came. I left the fitting room to get them myself and saw 3 of the employees gossiping and laughing about inappropriate things. The other 2 employees who helped me, one of which was a wonderful gentleman helped me and another employee with glasses. Those 2 were employees were wonderful!! Thank goodness for those 2!
