I couldn't have been more pleased with the amazing service that Jeff Spedding and his team provided me through the entire process of selling my house. From day one I was completely and fully taken care of. First Jeff made recommendations and brought in his contractors to upgrade my kitchen and spruce up the rest of the house and yard. Jeff also recommended we do inspections which found a number of things, including termites, and he had all the repairs done before we went on the market. Jeff’s full hands on service is phenomenal. He stuck with the tasks until everything got done in a timely way. The amount of advertising and marketing he did was second to none. My home was all over the Internet and the surrounding neighborhoods which created a lot of interest and multiple offers. Not only did we get $140,000 over the asking price we got it in under seven days. More importantly was the continued tenacious effort Jeff used to get the solar company to finish the installation of the system I purchased and get the permit signed off from the city. The time came when I needed to move closer to my elderly parents and after 24 years in my home, it was a little overwhelming. However, I hired Jeff Spedding to help me get my house ready to sell and market to the public. Jeff was outstanding. His top notch marketing put my home in it's best light and in front of a huge audience of potential buyers. He went above and beyond duties you would expect of a Real Estate Broker. We decided to move out of California and needed to sell our home. Although our home was not in bad shape, since we both work full time and were raising a family some home improvement projects we wanted to do hadn’t happened yet. After we hired Jeff to help us market our home for sale, he started in right away with his contractors getting our home as presentable as we could in the time we had. It was amazing to see the transformation take shape before our eyes. Jeff had one of his painting contractors do his magic and up graded the lighting which turned the interior of our home into a bright, shining, welcoming place. He had numerous other contractors take care of other miscellaneous things including inspections and repairs. We had everything of any concern repaired or replaced before we hit the market so there were no surprises to blind side us after we were in escrow. Jeff did extensive marketing in the neighborhoods close to our home, as well as Ads on all the social media platforms. The signage in our front yard alone gave prospective buyers the ability to get all the information they needed in order to make a decision if they were interested or not. We had lots of traffic through our home and multiple offers. In the end we got $103.00.00 over asking price because of the massive amount of exposure to the public. We are very pleased with Jeff’s attention to detail and hands on approach to getting our home ready for sale, on the market and in escrow in just a few days.
