Diann helped make the whole buying process so easy, comfortable and able to understand. She constantly kept us up to date throughout the building process by sending picture updates, which we loved receiving. Also, our walk through was great! Very minor touch ups needed and he was great to work with and very attentive to making sure repairs were done quickly and correctly. Everyone at Journey Builders helped make this buying experience amazing. We absolutely love our home and have recommended several people to Journey Builders.

We had a wonderful experience working with Diann! She was very helpful, patient and accommodating when we visited the model home (twice) during a short weekend trip to house hunt. She walked us through the model and provided us with an information packet to ensure that we understood the benefits and features of Journey Builders houses. She helped us determine which floor plan would work for our family and even suggested some much welcomed interior/exterior decor ideas. She such a joy to work with during our new home buyer walk/orientation and the final walk-thru! She was extremely thorough, funny and engaging while explaining the many features of our home. We felt comfortable asking her tons of questions because she never made us feel that she had any place to be except with us.
