Study Wizards Tutoring

Update: Our son got an A+ on his first semester Math final. This is a carryover of the foundation that was built through Study Wizards.

Now more than ever, make sure your kids are getting the support they need to be successful in School.  Distance learning has its limits and teachers are overloaded with new processes, procedures.  Education is challenged right now during Covid-19.  We used Study Wizards for three years, even before this new normal, for our high school son, for a few of the more challenging STEM courses he was taking.  This helped him with more review and a chance to absorb the material.  It made a big difference.  Michael was so good at understanding our needs and finding the right fit for a tutor.  I highly recommend this service if you care about your child's success.

This year tutor Dane tutored my son in Algebra 2 and Chemistry. It again was a great experience. Dane was really good at both subjects and my son benefited a lot from the extra instruction. Dane is extremely responsible, on time and easy to get a hold of. Thanks for another great year with Study Wizards!

Our son received tutoring in Math and English for two years with Study Wizards with a goal to maintain his GPA and improve his critical reading and writing skills. We felt it was important to have tutors with the right academic skills but who could also develop a good rapport to build confidence and maintain focus. Michael listened carefully to our goals and the assigned tutors did an excellent job. Michael checked in often to see how things were going and was quick to resolve any scheduling issues which arose. His tutors were professional, polite and gave appropriate, periodic feedback as needed. During the pandemic, the transition to online sessions was handled quickly without a hitch. Our son successfully made it through the college application process and will be attending university classes in the fall. We couldn't be more pleased with the results.

We have used Study Wizards Tutoring twice over the past three years as my high school student needed some tutoring in Chemistry and AP Calc. Both experiences went very well and my son's grades were significantly improved after meeting regularly with his assigned tutors. Both tutors were excellent and patient with my student in helping him learn how to figure out problems on his own. An added bonus was the my experience with the business owner, Michael. He is detail oriented, a clear communicator and he strives to match the best tutor for an individual student's needs. I truly appreciate the outstanding customer service from Michael, especially when many tutoring companies now seem more focused on selling large packages of sessions than actually helping a student master a subject. Highly recommend this company!
