Horrible customer service. Thieves. Charged me 350 dollars for a "down payment " which was there broker fee , started my policy on the 13th an got another bill due saying I have to pay by the 30th. And when I called they said "well you signed it, thei fo was there "ya in all 100 pages of basic lingo I'd need a dictionary to understand anyways, horrible. Im very disappointed an will be going back to the app Jerry an not paying no broker fees an having an understanding of when I pay an start my policy on the 13th, my bill is due on the 13th.
