Easy application process with same day approval. Building manager Mona was professional and friendly. We are happy with our apartment and the leasing office staff.

Lived here for 3 years. Place is always dirty don't really clean up you see trash in-between bushes and cal webs everywhere...Security at night is a joke ,my car got broken into like 3 times and car stolen out of the port one morning... At night there is people that don't even live there that go thru the parking lot to see what they can find... One morning when taking kids to school I found syringes on the floor by the gate drive way...Got my car toed once for expired tags but when you take a walk around the complex you find other cars with expired tags that haven't even got toed... Laundry room is a joke half the machines are out of order or out dated and steals your money once in a while.. maintenance people are a joke always walking around being lazy.. to get hold of a Manager was horrible when ever you would try to call no one answers... Just over all not that good of a experience.
