        Awful Customer Service. Got my Dad his first smart phone and spoke to 2 employees at this location about helping him get adjusted to his new phone. On named Branden hung up on me and another named Mitch that said he would be happy to walk him through everything and yet my Dad walked out a 2nd time without anyone helping him activate or operate his new phone. Unbelievable how rude and inconsiderate this branch is.

        Worst phone company I've ever dealt with. Locked my mom into a contract where the phones were leased so she was spending 280 a month for phone rental and service for 2 phones that we don't even get to keep. We switched over to verizon and they locked the phones and even when we paid for the phones outright, they say they cannot unlock the phones for use at another phone company. They didn't even give my mom her military discount once on her monthly plan and also tried locking her into a 4 phone for free scam where they give you 4 phones to use but if you don't return on the date they specify you must pay for all phones. Absolutely terrible practice. Should be ashamed to be doing this to your customers. I pray you guys go out of business. Verizon has been a million times better than Sprint. Do not get into a contract with Sprint!!!!
