I will never come back here! all the employees are latino and all the customers are white so what happens is all the customers can do math and we speak english but unfortunately the employees don't know how to do math or how to speak English. I didn't even bother to complete an order the one and only time I was here, because the clerk charged me 80 cents tax on a $1 drink which is illegal and against federal and state tax laws but of course the employees don't care because they're Mexican not American so what the f*** do they care about American laws? 80 percent tax is three times over the legal limit in the state of California! If the FTC is monitoring this business please for the good of all americans shut this business down immediately for illegal business practices. If the San Marcos Police Department did a sting on this business for only one week I am 100% certain that this BK would be shut down by the feds and the police for illegal business practices. the bathrooms are nasty the employees never clean the tables, everyone who goes to this BK says that there's always stuff on the floor cuz its never mopped or swept, the parking lot in front of this BK is cleaner than the Burger King is clutter wise! all the homeless people in this area around this BK hang out at this BK only they don't go to any other businesses nearby, and why should they? This Burger Kings manager provides a perfectly disgusting filthy bathroom for them to shoot up heroin and meth in and smoke crack in and a nice back drive thru area to eat hamburgers on after they finish getting high in the BK restroom! FTC FDA DEA where the f*** are you? our tax dollars not in action people!
