I usually don't write reviews, or typically they are 5 star for a helpful shout out to promote amazing businesses. This happens to be just the opposite. This store has seen better days, it's outdated, dusty, run down and the day care in the back was cluttered. They lost my order. I called before I came in to pick up. They told me to come on in and it' would be ready. I arrived a few hours later with my order ticket in hand and it wasn't ready. The elderly man walked around digging through boxes to find the topper, and center column piece to make the trophy. I really wanted to support a small, mom and pop place but this one needs a total overhaul. not just in design, and cleanliness but also in customer service.
