James Lica is a fantastic stylist.  He always gives me a great cut and he is excellent with color.  I get so many compliments on my hair!! He is not only a talented hair stylist, but he is also very personable and fun to talk to.  He is flexible with his time if you need to reschedule.

Have Tiana repeat what she'll be doing back to you before beginning service to avoid confusion. I walked in with grey roots and walked out with grey roots and was told it was "my hair's resistance to color". First time in 20 years of coloring I had been told that. I paid in full for both a mistake and a redo.

Alessandro Salon is an affordable salon with quality service! I've called the day of and got an appointment same day. Carolyn was my hair dresser and she was great. Not only did she squeeze me in and stayed way longer than salon hours, she was still able to do an awesome job. I had long hair and was getting a long bob cut so I was very nervous of what the outcome might be. Carolyn assured me that she would cut long first and we'll work our way short. She did exactly that and allowed me the chance to be comfortable with her style. I also wanted to dye my black hair and we did trials of dye some hair first. She gave me honest opinions and even tried dying without bleaching. She understood my reservations on bleaching and she didn't force it. In the end, we got to a compromise on how much bleach we'll use. Carolyn did such an amazing job on my hair that I've definitely spoke praise of this salon and will be bringing in my friends & coworkers! As far as pricing, I told her my limit was less than $200 for cut & balayage color and she charged me LESS THAN $150! It's a great deal for great quality service. Five thumbs up!

I have been going to Jessica Masucci for more than 15 years- just the best colorist I've ever been to. I have blonde hair but at 57 grey is sneaking in. Jesica does a fantastic job of giving me my youthful shades of blonde with dimension but also covering the grey! Great stylist as well- 5 plus stars from me
