Another bad review regarding timing and communication. I ordered (50% deposit paid) my garage door in late July with expected delivery in October. After receiving no contact from the company, I followed-up. They eventually responded with a revise expected delivery of late November, but no confirmation as to why. I have continued to follow-up with no further update on timing (it is now February). Ultimately am letting my credit card company handle this dispute, as 6+ months for a standard garage door is not what I expected. If you do go with this company, make sure you use credit card, and document all communication with email.

I cannot begin to express the level of gratitude we have for Josh and the whole DoorPros team. They have been an invaluable asset for our new build and a trusted partner. When we originally started our new build our original contractor walked off and abandoned the project. After speaking to Josh and letting him know that there would be a delay on when they could deliver our garage door he reached our to his network of trusted Builders in the area and connected us with our new Builder, Tim Lawlor Construction, who has been nothing less than excellent. We are finally going to get our new Clopay Avante door this week and I cannot wait to update this review with pictures of it installed. THANK YOU Josh for helping us during a dark time!

Charged us a large deposit and never communicated again unless I chased them actively by phone and email. We're going on 6 months beyond their initial install date and no garage door yet. Everything seems very unusual. Read dozens of other reviews speculating that they have cash flow issues. Avoid this business.

Wanna leave positive feedback for Matt the installer. He was a pleasure to have around the house for the day and got the job completed without issue. Cant leave the same feedback for the rest of the team members who will go nameless. Placed the order/ put down a deposit in late May. The delivery and install took place first week of August. In that time I had 0 contact or updates from the company that I did not initiate. What contact I did receive when I reached out was pretty hit or miss. I did receive a small discount to offset my woes once I complained about the process. Other than that, think Im one and done with this entity. Note owner/ manager: youre lucky Matt was as legit a professional as they come. Otherwise youd be getting less than the generous 3 star rating Im affording you.
