This review is about there Turbo Grills not the store. I bought an Elite 4 Burner grill three years ago for my vacation home. I use the grill only occasionally, about 4-5 times per year. Last year the steel grates began breaking on the grill, literally falling off. BBQ Galore could offer no explanation for this except that I may have been to aggressive with them. I only turn steaks and fish, Please. What they did offer was that I could by a new set of grates for $300. I had no choice but to buy theses grates. Too shorten the story the Turbo BBQ's have gone way way way down in quality. I could understand this if they were inexpensive but they are not. I would search for a different brand

These guys are the worst! I purchased one BBQ and they gave me another and when I called to tell them they made a mistake. They said no that's the one you ordered and said the one I wanted was out of stock. This is after they assured me that the one I ordered was in stock.. I returned it that day and will never do business there again.. They're like used car dealers anything to get the sale.. Even lying to your face!!
