I have been a patient of Bay Dental Santa Ana, CA for 20 years because the doctors (Dr. Mahallati, Dr. Pearce) and staff are very professional, friendly, honest and caring. Each time I visit, the service is excellent and the evaluations I receive are very helpful, laying out what needs attention now and what they will continue to monitor. I feel valued when I visit, and also appreciate the ongoing technology investments they make. I highly recommend their practice.

I read all these wonderful reviews. After going through all the arrangements with my dental insurance and filling out all the paperwork at this dentist's office, the receptionist says, "That will be $15 for an office visit". I had not even seen the dentist yet. I said I've never been charged for an office visit before and asked if that would be for each visit. She said yes it was "because of the Corona and insurance doesn't cover it"(exact words). I then told her I changed my mind and left. I can only assume this charge is for PPE but nonetheless I'm not willing to pay an extra $15 charge every time I see the dentist.

I have been coming to this dentist for 20 plus years and I have always had a awesome experience. Dr. Mahallati and staff are extremely experienced and professional. I have had plenty of other dentist growing up, but once my mom found this place we never searched for another dentist again. A++ Work. If i could give more stars, i would! Thank you as always Bay Dental!
