        My golf cart business is in Arizona. I ordered and paid almost $19,000 for a 2018 Escalade golf cart for a customer. They delivered a 2014 (according to the delivery person) from the showroom floor. It took me 6 hours and several hundred dollars to repair the damage and get it presentable. The full windshield and the SiriusXM radio was not installed. They did not send the manufacturer's paperwork so the Escalade can not be registered. I have called Giovanni over twenty times and he won't even answer my calls. This is not a business I would recommend to anyone.
