I contacted the DAM firm when I was getting the run around from my employers work comp doctors. First a gentleman named sergio came to my house. And explained what they charge and what services they'd provide and reminded me that legal issues take time and to be patient. I had a million questions and a quick email to the office always got me a response within 48 hours. Which made my life easier than playing phone tag. Am I happy with my settlement. no. I have an injury that will bother me for life. But do I think the DAM firm did everything to get me the max settlement. YES hands down. I would use them again in a heartbeat if I had the chance to go back and start over. I was so scared I would be left high and dry because my employer is a HUGE company and very very well known. Although the work comp adjuster was the sweetest lady. She wasnt budging on the settlement offer. yet somehow the dam firm got me.more money.
