They make it quick and easy. I was able to send in my forms ahead of my appointment. They reviewed and explained everything thoroughly, so they are very knowledgeable in the field and professional.

The service is terrible, you make an appointment and you still have to wait hours, they charge you $200 to make the short form. I don't recommend it at all.

First of all Edgar is really great but the reason for the 1 star is the gentlemen in the front he is so rude and doesn't know how to talk to people. Also doesn't seem to know any information and just guesses. You really need to work on customer service and speak to people. Us customers are the reasons your bills are getting paid. I did not appreciate you yelling at my mother over the phone. I really hope you were having a bad day or get whatever help you need to improve on yourself. Shame on you. Please be careful when calling into the office and don't expect great customer service on the phone.

Go somewhere else they made me delete my old review because they messed up on my taxes. Adrian threatened me with falsifying my taxes and my parents because of that review he is awful and over charges.
