Dr. Richard Stein, DDS

Dr Stein is great. He's good at what he does and genuinely cares about his patients' well being. His office staff could not be more friendly and accommodating. And I don't have to wait very long to be called in because they don't overbook.

I went to Dr. Stein when I lived in SB.  He is wonderful.  The hygienists are gentle, quick and thorough.  Dr. Stein is very patient and gentle; I had a very bad experience when I was younger and Dr. Stein is sympathetic to my fears.  I wish I lived close enough to be his patient.

I don't know if we dealt with the same receptionist or not as the person who wrote the bad review, but maybe she was just having a bad day?  The woman we dealt with this week was very nice - polite and caring.  Everyone on the staff was great, including Dr. Stein.  The hygienist was wonderful - she didn't hurt me at all although she was very thorough!  I am totally pleased about finding this dentist (recommended by a neighbor) and would recommend him to everyone.

Who likes going to the dentist? I honestly can say that Dr. Stein could not have made my visit more comfortable. I have a bad habit of waiting to get my teeth checked, until I am in awful pain, and not once did he judge or make me feel guilty about my long awaited visit. He was very warm, very honest, and I absolutely appreciated it! His staff is incredible, willing to go the extra mile to make you feel as comfortable (as much as they could, because let's be honest, this is still the dentist office people!) as you could. Love this place. He is my new dentist! See you in a couple months Dr. STEIN!

Doctor Richard Stein is an extremely skilled dentist. I have never been in pain after being treated by him, even though he had to work with my teeth and gums, which can be very sensitive when the numbness goes away. I have had my share of problems on the dental level, but I would not trade this dentist for another one else! I highly recommend him. To top it off, the receptionist is professional and compassionate. His assistant is delightful, knowledgeable and complement him very well.
