Thank you Amalia for all your help and the doctors are top-tier very friendly, very knowledgeable and walked us through step-by-step so excited for my sons Journey I highly recommend.!

The staff was amazing. Dr. De La Rosa Made me feel very comfortable, and got me in last minute, as I was in pain. Thank you thank you guys! Highly recommend . God bless

TLDR, horrible, rude, tried to recommend excessive and unnecessary procedures that would ultimately ruin my teeth even more.
Haha ok, so first off, I tried to leave this review on the patient connect platform they directed me to, and my review never went up. So be careful of filtered, biased, fake 5 star reviews.
First, I had a relatively pleasant experience with the staff and lady who did my x-rays. Everything else was horrible. I arrived 30 minutes early like they said to, only to end up waiting for FIVE HOURS to get seen by the dentist. They wanted to make me wait for another hour to get any kind of treatment, which would then take another hour. The dentist was rude, condescending, and unkind. I came in because I had some pain, and he bombarded me with scary words and timelines, and tried to set me up with an overpriced treatment plan. I was incredibly overwhelmed, which thankfully the staff noticed and they let me go home. Although I will say, they said they would write me a prescription for antibiotics to pick up, which never went through. I decided to see another dentist, who actually patiently walked me through the issues, and thank God I did. Not only did Dr. De La Rosa exaggerate my issues, some of them that he warned me about were just completely wrong. He wanted me to get a root canal within a week or else he would extract it. Turns out, I just needed a small filling. Professionals like these are the reason people dont trust the medical industry and avoid treatment. Horrible.

This office is amazing. The entire team is so helpful and great at communicating. If youre looking for an office with a great atmosphere I definitely recommend this one!
