I call and spoke to a person named Ishmael and I asked for a bouquet of flowers for my auntie 93 Birthday. I told him I was a senior citizen of 75 years old. I was on a fixed income and I wanted to see if I could get something affordable. he gave me a price of $80 and I asked him if there was, something more reasonable but he did not try help me in any kind of way to try to give me a better price so I told him to cancel the order.that was ordering he didn't try to help a senior and like he had attitude like he didn't care if he lost my business, or his company lost the business, and like I don't care if I lost your order . I found me another Florist Lillys florist and they were more than happy to take my order and my business.. but

Should have read reviews first. Horrible experience ordering online from them. Delivery confusion for 2 days plus ugly flowers in the end.

Awful service and awful prices! A few days prior to the event, we requested via phone to pick up a wedding bouquet for a small wedding ceremony at 10am the day of the event. They said the starting price was $80 and we agreed to it as Goodland Florist was closed the day of the ceremony. My husband got there at 10:25am and was informed they hadn't even started making the bouquet! He waited and then was presented with 7-8 roses and some fillers. The roses aren't even fresh looking. This place is so disappointing. We won't be back

I would give minus stars if I could. I ordered my flower bouquet for my Santa Barbara wedding via Rileys. Confirmed the style via email, paid the invoice in May for an August wedding. Morning of the wedding, I kept waiting for the delivery and kept calling but no answer nor responding to my emails. Alas, no delivery. I sent a friend to their location to pick up, but they had no record of the order (even though I had a lengthy chain, order number, receipt number, etc). They put together some awful flowers that I was unable to use. Since then, noone has answered the phone or returned my emails. Looking back, it was an awful way to spend my wedding morning, not knowing if I was going to have the wedding bouquet I had dreamt of, and organized/paid for. TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!!!!!

Maureen, Annette, and the crew are amazing artists. They really do care about people and are always willing to go the extra miles. I have been a loyal customer for over 25 years. I have used them for birthday, anniversary's, thanksgiving, Christmas, valentines and Mother's Day. Thank you for all you do retail is a hard business especially being a local family business. You really do make Santa Barbara a prettier place to live.
