Update: As I mentioned prior, Mr. Hallum, is the way to go. Before I even received notice that my case for my high speed traffic ticket had been finalized I would have recommended this guy. He is extremely knowledgeable in his field and he put every concern of mine at ease. He was extremely straight forward in how the process would proceed and gave me the likely results. He didn't even promise results, he told me what he could do to help my situation, and essentially gave me a likely scenario, and then the best and worst case scenarios as well. I already felt assured to have this burden lifted off my shoulders and that I had only the best looking out for me in my behalf. I had even nearly forgotten about the ticket altogether until Ken reached out saying that my ticket had been DISMISSED. He is worth every penny and allowed me to learn a very important lesson without having to pay the price. Thank you so much Mr Hallum, although I hope I don't find myself in a similar situation anytime soon, I know who I'm hiring if I do!!!

Posted 5/31/2019 If you are looking for a traffic lawyer to represent you in court in the Santa Barbara county, this is your guy! I received quite a hefty speeding ticket and I was totally a lost as to what to do and fearful of the consequences. Mr. Hallum was very reassuring, from talking on the phone, of what steps we needed to take and to follow his lead. Once you pay, he takes care of the rest! You don't have to worry about any paperwork or headaches from the court system. He knows very well what he is doing and is very good at what he does, as anyone could see from the other reviews! Please! If you're are going to pay an attorney to represent yourself in court, don't go around and try to find someone who'll give you the cheapest price. Invest in someone who you can trust, who is professional and who you are able to have full confidence in! It was a pleasure working with you Ken! Update: 1/23/2022 Beyond stoked. Recently got informed of a dismissal on my speeding ticket. I've sought out Ken's services twice now for two speeding tickets, one very serious and the other not so nice and both received the best possible outcome. Ken has been consistent in the quality of service that he provides. He is not only extremely knowledgeable but also personable and witty. Had a pretty severe speeding ticket and I was dead to rights. Ken helped me craft a defense in court and the officer responded with a hilariously detailed account of why I was guilty. My wife and I had a good laugh -- I was absolutely cooked. But somehow, after a few months of persistence (I pretty much forgot about the case because Ken was on top of it), a dismissal letter showed up at my house. Ken was extremely responsive and reliable -- essential qualities that are annoyingly hard to find. Also very professional and proactive with steady hands. He knows the system and will get you the best outcome.

Ken was very helpful in getting a speeding ticket dismissed. I know without his help I would have been lost at the start but instead I had a favorable outcome. Even if I hadn't, I would have been satisfied with the help in fighting this ticket.
