poor service and deceptive. washing machine was leaking and repaiman named Steve came over to check it. he said there's a hose leaking and it will cost around $60 with minimum labor of $180. i said no. paid him the service call fee of $69 and he left. i searched for the part and it only costs $14 at Amazon. it takes about less than 10 minutes to install. won't call them again. Service was done for a non profit organization a few months ago replacing the whole motor and necessary belts etc to the dryer for $375. Keep in mind warranty is only good for 30 days. A little after a month the dryer started having problems again. Tech, who was very nice and understanding, came out and basically said that whatever was replaced needed to be replaced again for $350 then lowered it down to $250. I do appreciate the price drop but this is a non profit organization that relies on the generous donations of the community and here you have a business willing to take more money for a lousy job that was done the first time.....so no thank you. Will take our business elsewhere and work toward getting a new dryer or at least a good used one for the residents to use. Service: Dryer repair

SUPPORTIVE. It was a very satisfying service done by this company's repair service last week. The assigned technician was an expert at fixing my stove that was not igniting to a very high-quality result. He valued his customers like no other by providing an affordable fee.

This company was sourced to me through another appliance hotline. Well they did the repair correctly, their price was extremely high. I don’t like being ripped off
