KRB Construction

This is not about their quality of work because I've never used them. It is about the driver of their truck, with a trailer, that cut me off this morning by changing lanes less than five feet in front of me at about 9:15 AM on SR 207. The moron didn't even use a turn signal and I had to slam on my brakes to avoid hitting them. If that is the lack of respect you show for other drivers on the roads then I would seriously question the respect you must show for your customers!

I am an insurance agent in Culver City and have used KRB personally. I found their work to be thorough, exceptional and affordable. Over the years, Karl has performed numerous jobs for my clients. I have heard nothing but fantastic feedback on the work KRB completed! I consider Karl and KRB a great contact for construction and emergency response (water/fire) and will continue to refer him when I know someone needs his services.

KRB Construction is a very professional company. I'm on the HOA board of our condo building we had major leaks at our garage area, and over 10 years period we cannot locate the problem. Karl from KRB came and did a detail walk through at our building, he is familiar with dealing with HOA and took his time to educate us on the problems we are facing. The board decided to hire KRB to do the work and the experience couldn't have been better. English speaking crews who took the time to set up and cover everything, and clean up after themselves everyday when done. Highly recommend!

I met Karl several years ago and I was very impressed with his knowledge of the construction trade. The job I met him on was a condominium that had major water damage. The owner lived out of state and Karl handled all of the typical issues that arise as if the owner was standing right next to him. He described the extent of the water damage, gave the owner a bid to do the work in a timely manner. The owner hired Karl and Karl got his guys on the job quickly. All of the guys on his crew were very friendly and professional.  I did the mold inspection for the buyer (buyers real estate agent) and I then explained what I wanted done to repair the water damaged areas with Karl and he did everything without any quarreling. I have since worked many jobs with Karl and every job has been completed in a timely manner above and beyond the owners expectation(s).
