The Premier Business Center staff at the Water Garden are top notch. Very professional, courteous, and reliable. The actual building, common area, and office space are very well kept, modern, and there is a buzz about it that makes it feel vibrant and fresh. I'd highly recommend working with PBC Water Garden for any startup or new business owner to acquire office and/or conference room accomodations.

I am a new tenant having recently relocated my offices. Catherine and Asher turned what could have been a nightmare into a dream situation. They went above and beyond making me comfortable and acclimated in our new space. They handled everything detail from the bureaucracy of parking to the intricacies of the internet with the utmost professionalism. The facilities are nothing but first class and I am looking forward to having my clients see my new and utterly amazing space.

Our firm has leased multiple offices from Premier and it has been a great experience. We started with a handful of employees in a few offices and have now grown to over 20 employees in about 8 spaces. They've been flexible and helpful along the way. We did a scan of the similar type shared space / individual office leasing options and they were by far the most reasonably priced. Their facilities are also very nice.

We have had offices in multiple executive suits and Premier Business Centers has by far been the best experience. We never have to think about internet or phone issues. More importantly, the staff is friendly and create a collaborative work environment.
