Horrible experience! Rachael coudn't wait to take my case, she eagerly signed on, medical malpractice/wrongful death in the death of my young daughter...soon as she realized there was a limited amount of $$$$ to be made for her due to medical mal-cap. and prior attorney lien she bailed immediately!!!!! leaving me as an already distraught grieving parent at a most critical point in the case high and dry... disgusting and very tacky. Very unprofessional and uncaring, shame on her and her much older husband Charlie Cochran!!! what a scam!!!

Charlie Cochran has been a staple in Sonoma County for decades. He's been Mayor, City Councilperson, teacher at SRJC, etc., etc. He's been my attorney on more than one occasion. Certainly it was to my financial benefit to have KCEH representing me in my auto accident. They resolved my case for multiples of what the insurer had originally offered me. Charlie Cochran and Rachel Erickson know how to win, and the insurance companies don't like having them representing a client. Thats fine with me!

Charlie, Rachael and Kelly are a winning team. They all worked diligently to win a great settlement for me after I had been hit in a crosswalk by an underinsured motorist. I was referred by a friend who knew Charlie. I was immediately impressed when they told me what procedure they would follow, how they could help me, and I felt completely confident. They are so professional, know every detail that needs to be done, kept me informed, and dealt with the "huge" insurance company adjustors, doctors, bills, and records. The insurance people want you to settle with them, but I wouldn't have been able to even pay my medical bills with what they wanted to give me. Hooray for these wonderful attorneys who help those who have been victims of someone else's negligence. Keep up the amazing job you do, we need you!
