Maaco Collision Repair & Auto Painting

The paint job was terrible and not done on time. Had over spray and orange peel all over the car. The owner was incredibly rude and told me that they would raise the agreed upon estimate if I complained about the mistakes made on my car. After reading the other reviews it looks like this happens often. I will not recommend this shop to anyone and I would highly suggest you take your money elsewhere. Service: Painting

I have given them a chance twice in 4 years to get my business. Both times I felt like I was being hustled and their estimate came up 25% more expensive than their competitors. I don't know about the work but they are not a less expensive option!

We brought my mom's car here on the recommendation of a previous customer who had the same problem with their paint. From the first meeting with Lauren, we knew we had chosen the right place. There were some technical issues with the paint and they were not pleased with the final result so they kept the car so they could repaint it. Again, they were not pleased with the result. Because they have very high standards of quality and customer service, they offered to rent a car for my mom. She is almost 90 and didn't want all the bells and whistles of the new cars-they found her the perfect car that she loved. Thank you Enterprise! They finally took drastic measures and sanded down to metal and started again-note it was a chemical reaction, not the craftsmanship that caused the problems, this time, the paint stuck and was perfect. She finally got the car back yesterday and she is beyond thrilled. She says it looks just like a new car. I don't live in the area so my sister sent me some pictures and I have to agree, it looks brand new. They went above and beyond to make sure this was done correctly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this MAACO to anyone. It really was about quality and customer service. Truly a great experience. Thank you to Lauren and all the others who worked so hard to get it perfect. This was a present to our mom for Christmas and we chose well by finding you. Thank you again!!!
