4 Wheel Parts - Off Road Truck & Jeep 4x4 Parts

The first time I stopped in was to ask about brakes. Sales rep confirmed they could help me...45 minutes later standing at the counter, the seriously overly slow rep researched brake parts as I'm standing there! No, thats not how you run a proper business. Should have told me" no we don't have the parts here, leave me your info, I'll research and get back to you." I left very disappointed. Fast forward to today. I called them, they put me on hold when they answered, I waited 15+ minutes...nope, I'm done with these buffoons. They should clearly say" we are not a stock parts store, we research what you need and order it for you". I CAN DO THAT MYSELF! im looking for parts in stock!

Ordered 4 suspension parts online, which were apparently in stock in the warehouse. Received 1 part fairly quickly, but the remaining 3 parts never showed up. After more than a half dozen visits to check on the order, (since calling only ever ended up being put on endless hold) only 1 employee actually called to find out what happened to them. The other times i was told they would call to investigate and get back to me, only to never receive a call back. Finally, after more than a month of this, i gave up and got a refund because they had no idea what happened to the order, and could not guarantee they could ever get me those parts... The customer service is laughably bad. Order directly from whoever makes the parts, DON'T ORDER FROM THESE CLOWNS, YOU'LL BE DISAPPOINTED.

I really wanted this to work out well.  They had a reasonable solution to replace bushings on my rear shocks that is likely less expensive than what others will offer (replacing the entire shock).  Unfortunately, I have to actually use my vehicle.  After waiting on hold 30 minutes at a time and multiple times all I could get is we will call you back.  Not gonna happen.  Like many other reviews, they simply just do not call back. Nice shop but management is severely lacking here and don't buy into the responses you see her to address this.  They have not and it only makes it worse with an empty promise on yelp to save face or a job.  Go elsewhere.  I will take my truck and get the whole shock replaced rather than just hope someone calls me to give them my business.
