Mclea's used to be my go to tire shop for years, because they where quick and their steel rims are not too pricey. But this time I went to their store on Piner road in Santa rosa (a year ago) and ordered a spare rim for my spare tire. I was helped by a guy named (Tim) and so far Tim has order the wrong rim twice and I have to point out it's the wrong lug pattern or wrong window shape. It's been a year and I still haven't gotten my correct rim. I feel like I have to baby sit him and remind him that I'm still waiting. He never calls me or returns my calls even when he says he will.7/31/21 I'm very upset and once they finally give me my correct rim that I paid for, I'm never going back to that store again! Zero stars because of Tim. And only Tim.

The crew at this McLea's on Baker Ave. are great..they have the best customer service and the mechanics are professional and thorough..GREAT TEAM!!

Not trustworthy! AVOID THIS PLACE! They tried to get me for three grand, replace my entire fuel tank and associated components when the only service required was to flush the tank and clean it. When I suggested that be the only service rendered, they quoted me $1100 dollars, ALL OTHER SHOPS gave me estimates between 400-600. Buyer beware. Seriously. Anything they suggest, do your research on it. I ended up getting my car towed to another shop. Service: General repairs & maintenance
