Great experience with getting my 2 fiberglass tub/shower combo units resurfaces. Very professional organization. Completed the work on time. We had the work done while we were on vacation, and they left the place spotless. The resurfaced tubs truly look brand new!

They do really good work. A little expensive, but they will tell you if it will cost you less to just replace.

I had been emailing to try and get a quote. Brandon the manager basically wanted me to measure all the areas I wanted done. When I made a joke about how I should get a discount for doing all the work, he called to leave me a bizarre voicemail wanting me to give him MORE information. I wanted him to come and measure and give me a quote and it was like pulling teeth. When I commented on the delayed replies and lack of professionalism, his reply to me was: "We don't do work for rude people like you. Do not contact us again." I did not plan on contacting them again.. but I will leave a review to let people know that the manager Brandon wants you to do all the work before he will give you an estimate. Not sure how this place is still in business.

Like typically if I was going to do work for someone, I would come out and measure it all and do an estimate.
But seeing is you want me to measure it all, etc.. instead of coming out and measuring it to give me a proper estimate.. and then you called me to leave a message about this.. I can say..
Thank you for the delayed emails and lack of help.
I will not be using your company

You did not refuse service. You emailed me after I sent this email saying that I was rude. Sorry you think me asking for a quote is rude. I hope you have a great day. Additionally, your emails were each one word or half sentence at a time instead of saying "this is all the information we need.." and the emails were doled out over almost a week. I answered all the questions. TWICE. And still never got a quote.
