Horrible Horrible Horrible Run away from this lawyer. Do your research and find someone else. He NEVER responds to emails or calls you back. I spent over a month trying to get a hold of him and I was always passed along to his paralegal who is worthless. I would of 100% lost my case if i kept him as my lawyer.

Fired this so called "attorney"James Carroll. Do yourself a favor a look elsewhere. Unprofessional. Doesn't respond to questions. Incorrect billing practices. Passes you off to paralegals. Makes decisions without your consent. Doesn't listen to concerning issues, isn't interested in important details and making sure he has the facts straight. Cost me much precious time and wasted money.

I wish I had done more research about this firm before hiring them. James Carroll and April Evans are the most unethical, cheating attorneys ever! He tried to charge me for services AFTER I FIRED THEM! And don't even get me started on the paralegal Richard Weiss!! OMG he changed my I&E declarations to state I had $29 million in assets! The entire firm should be shut down! I'll let the California state bar take care of that karma...
