I contacted David to review my finances and give me next steps to build my investments. He came highly recommended from friends. He gave me options to come into the office with all safety protocols in place or meet via Zoom (this is during the pandemic). David and his staff are professional, timely, knowledgeable, and personable. I left the meeting supported and having steps to build my financial future.

Just found a voicemail from Dave from about a year ago. Listening to it now makes me awfully glad that I ended up closing my accounts with him. The tone of condescendence in his voice and the manner in which he addressed me closing my accounts was unacceptable from someone in a professional position.

My company has been doing business with Encore Wealth Management and specifically David Brown, for at least 15 years, managing our 401K program and helping direct our employees choices. He has been handling my personal portfolio for at least the last 10 and I've found him to be well informed and extremely helpful.  He listened to the concerns of myself and my wife and offered his opinions and suggestions.

The proprietor's high opinion of himself is unwarranted. All I got when I paid him to manage funds was financial loss. His condescending treatment of female clients will make you wish you had more than a few highballs under your belt before being exposed his ribald humor. Even Wells Fargo Advisors would be better than this -- and I gave them up long ago. Go anywhere but here. That's my two cents, which is about what I have left now.
