Bought a home and paid them to come out and give me a bid to do much needed work on the house. I did not have an issue with the amount and have been trying to schedule them to come out and do the work. Well it's been two months of being ghosted by Todd Sauter (I believe the son of the owner). His mailbox is full, he won't return texts etc. If they are too busy they could send a quick text reply back to state so. To ghost is about the most unprofessional, sloppy and lazy thing to do in business. I'm not sure why anyone would recommend them for services. Now I have to start the process over again and hope in the meantime my foundation issues do not create long term damage. If you want to work with a business that can't even give you the courtesy of a call back after paying them money, then do so at your own peril.

Mr. Sauter came by a few days ago and he was terrific. We had moisture issues from the rainy period this past year and weren't sure what to do. We are new home owners didn't know if this was a big or small problem. Multiple companies told us that a french drain and crawl space sealing of some sort were required. This would have cost us tons of money! Todd came by on time and spent a lot of time with me. He wasn't in a rush like many of the other companies we talked to. He listened, offered recommendations, educated me, showed me what the real fix was and referred me to a few companies that could help - roofing and gutter companies. This is probably work I can even do myself. Not only did he talk himself out of work but he took the time to settle my concerns by putting the situation into perspective. You don't see people doing any of this now days! When someone will tell you the truth even if it means they will make less money you know they have integrity and can be trusted. We'll save thousands of dollars!
