Kinsey is management (can't remember exactly, but she is not just floor helper) she has a huge knowledge base and able to point to tiles that we want but didn't see and price them quickly.
My only complaint... customer service great. But this is a huge warehouse and has a few area where you can smell decayed mouse or something. Not pleasant, would be nice to clean that up.
