I have known Dara for 10 years, and she has never let me down. Even in the roughest times, she has been there for me. Dara has given me many opportunities as if we were family. She has always trusted and believed in me. She has understood how to use my 20 years of experience as a nanny and mold it into something great. Dara, the owner of Seaside Nannies, is a life safer if you need quality short or long term childcare in a pinch. She's worth every penny for her dedicated, personalized service. My wife and I used Dara when we moved our family -- including our then 15-month old -- from Houston to San Diego. In Houston, we had our child in day care, which we hoped to continue in San Diego. However, we planned and executed our entire move in just over two months, and during that time, we failed to find a suitable day care with space for our child. Ultimately, we contacted Dara about a week before our move to help us find a short-term nanny while we continued to explore day care options. Within a day or so, Dara referred us to four diverse and qualified candidates. We scheduled Skype interviews with each of them. The interviews went so well, that we invited all four of them back for in-person interviews after we arrived in San Diego. The hardest part of the process was trying to pick just one of Dara's four candidates. We're confident that all of them would have made excellent nannies. Throughout the process, Dara was unfailingly helpful. She was always available -- weekend or nights -- to discuss our thoughts, questions, and concerns. She helped us explore day cares. And she worked patiently with us as we struggled to make a decision, both about the candidate and the scope of the nanny position. (Because my wife and I both work full-time, we needed extensive coverage, including reliable weekend help, and therefore explored various arrangements with Dara to suit our needs.) Despite initially seeking only a temporary nanny, in the end, we hired one of Dara's candidates permanently, full-time, because we liked her so much. She's been with our family now for over three months, and we can't even imagine life in San Diego without her. Our kid loves her. We love her. It's a perfect match. It's amazing that Dara found her for us in just a week. If I could give Dara six stars for finding her, I would. Thanks Dara!

As a nanny, there are many things you look for in your future family, and alot of questions and concerns that need to be answered. When I signed up with Dara at Seaside Nannies, all of those questions and concerns were addressed. Dara has an amazing way about her that just puts you at ease, without any pressure. I went and interviewed with several families, and it didn't seem like I was fitting with any of them. I started to get a little discouraged, but Dara just kept encouraging me and told me that the right family is out there we just have to be patient. Well she was right. I have now worked for an amazing family for 4 and a half years, and love every minute of it. They have recently had another child, so I am very excited to be with them for a long time. Needless to say, without Dara, her encouragement, and her expertise, I would have never found this family that mean so much to me, and the many blessings that come along with them.... Thanks Dara for all you do to help your nannies and your families transition together smoothly as they begin their new stories.

I am so happy to have chosen Seaside Nannies to assist me in my search for a family to work with. There are many agencies out there, and after speaking to a few I felt very comfortable with Dara's professionalism. I love that she LOVES her job, and was always ready to answer any of the questions I had. I know I sent her several emails regarding the completion of my trustline and she guided me during each step. Both her and the staff there were able to get back to me within an hour, at times it was even sooner! Which I personally have not seen other companies stay that focused and keep such reputable customer service etiquette. Thanks to Dara and her team I have been a happy Nanny with the family I had been placed with!
