        Going to Grocery Outlet is a bit like here treasure hunt. You never know what you are going to find. They are a liquidator, so items change. Sometimes you can find great bargains on food, medicine, toiletries, wine and spirits, snack foods or produce. I always stop by if I am in the area. The only caveat is to look at the expiration date on perishable food items. Sometimes the reason they end up here is because they are close to expiration.

      Hi Peter, thank you for your review. We love the treasure hunt shopping experience. We do get several of our items opportunistically. But a large portion of our products are everyday items that we sell at a lower price than our competitors.As far as short date codes, we really don't have any more items with short dates then what you would find at Safeway, Target, Lucky's or Walmart. Maybe in the past but we pride ourselves with our freshness. Your Seaside location isn't your typical Grocery Outlet. 😁
