Clean and quaint. Friendly staff. Close to restaurants, walking distance to Costco, Target, Panera, Marshall's, Ross, World Market. Very quiet even though it is sitauted between two main thoroughfares. Just minutes from the beach.

Rooms were decent enough. Beds didn't look all that clean. I got bit 5 times on my hands by some sort of insect. Dunno what. Service wasn't the greatest. It's fine if you get it for cheap, but avoid otherwise.

I am very impressed with this hotel. We are in town to visit family, and booked this place based on points on the site I was booking so we got an AMAZING deal. We walked in and you could smell how clean it is. They have bottles of soaps on the walls which is something I prefer to the small sample bottles, and its super nice/good quality. I do recommend this place! Beds are comfy, rooms are cozy, but we still have enough space with our kiddos.

Up all night with noisy people next door. Owner said he'd fix it but did nothing. Talked to him the next day and all I got was, "I'm sorry."
Next time I'll stay somewhere else.
