I needed a replacement bolt for my car. I had another match mounted, but I didn't have a Phillips head on me. I asked if I could borrow one to show what I needed. The man at the counter refused my request. Perhaps I'm asking a but much, but they did not go above average for my business.

I feel like such a pro when I buy various fasteners, specialty adhesives, etc. here, instead of shopping at the 'Despot or some other pro-sumer chain store. Their guys give great customer service and are knowledgeable as can be
