Matt McGrath at By the Sea Properties did an amazing job selling our house in Seaside CA this year. Thanks to Matt's expertise, I recently bought a house that was not yet officially on the market. It is my dream and my forever home. He assisted me every step of the process, showing me multiple houses until I could narrow down my priorities. Matt was amazing during the process. His real estate and local market knowledge was essential to finding the perfect home. He also had contacts for several additional inspections and other experts. He got the price lowered due to those extra inspections.

Matt showed me property in area I liked. I decided what I wanted and since nothing was currently available....he kept me up to date. He contacted me the minute the right property came on the market. I was first to see new listing and I had purchased it within 6 hours of seeing it. He walked me thru every step of escrow and in just over 3 weeks I was owner of my perfect home. My wife and I used Matt as our agent to purchase a second home in Pacific Grove. I am familiar with the area but only enough to love it but not to understand the many separate and inter-related communities. On my numerous appointments with Matt he choose homes that fit what we were looking for. I had him cover a larger area than PG, he is always prepared for our day. The only reason it took me awhile to find the perfect home was the learning curve for me to understand what was really important to my wife and I. Once I defined that we made a wonderful purchase.
