Very sad to say that its a waste for such a beautiful hotel. I was there 3/1/2022 for a business trip, and the nightshift arabic women made sure I never want to go back. She was vefy rude, inpolite and she gave us curt responses. We asked her about breakfast, and she acted like she had never heard such a word. Instead of giving us options or more info, she was just rudely cutting us short. Im not sure if it was because my husband and I had tattoo's, but having tattoo's does not make us criminals, and its not a ticket for anyone to treat us differently, or to watch us very closely as we checked out the nice lobby. She wouldnt take her eyes off us. We saw how she politely treated a couple Caucasian males who were in the lobby before us. I worked 8.5 hours in a medical setting, drove 5 1/2 hrs to get to a hotel where i thought i would be treated with respect, to be direspected and treated differently for my identity and appearance as a Hispanic. Dont bother filing a complaint with the manager "Sara", as she defended the front office lady whom im writting about and refused to believe anything that i said and not cared for what i felt.

She's a little older, but she ain't bad. Building is a little rough, but they are doing construction (only during day light hours though). Room was very clean, no issues there. Bed was ok. Not great, not terrible, but comfortable enough. Staff was very friendly. Everyone from the front counter to the coaching staff had a smile and a friendly greeting whenever you cross paths. Would stay again. Update: Just stayed here again and this hotel is still a solid choice.
