My wife and I visited Dolche Cafe located in the heart of Chula Vista on Broadway next door to Costco. We were greeted by the nice owner of this business and ordered a variety of food from their menu on the two consecutive days that we were in the area. We can say that this business has the 3 elements that in our opinion make a good restaurant. Food quality and taste, service and price. The Food quality was excellent and fresh, from the caf de olla we ordered, to the enchiladas, pechugas con mole, salad with carne asada, cucumber water, crepes con Nutella and cinnamon apple crepes. We liked it so much that after our first visit we had to return for a repeat the next day. Service was very good. We appreciate our server's attention and talking to the owner who checked up on us during our stay. Prices were fair considering the high cost of raw materials and rent these days. We wish this local restaurant the best in their grand opening. We will be back to try other items in their menu. Highly recommended.
