I had the pleasure of working with Darwin Bustarde for just over a year.  A mega-corporation purchased the multi-tenant complex in which our family owned business was located and Darwin assisted me through a lease buyout negotiation.  We saw other tenants close their businesses and walk away with nothing.  I wasn't going to let that happen so, thankfully, I found Darwin and BMBR on Yelp.  His patience with me and the process was essential to our success.  Darwin's experience and professionalism are very reassuring.    He is always easy to speak with, never condescending and makes you feel comfortable and at ease.  He is also an excellent communicator, keeping you in the loop at all times and thoroughly explaining your options.  These are all characteristics I needed in an attorney and was delighted to find in Darwin Bustarde.  My only disappointment is that due to Covid, I never had the opportunity to meet him in person!  It's very reassuring to know Darwin is only a phone call away if we ever need his expertise in the future.
