Walkability: for those who like to walk....it is great!!!

Had an "great" few days in Solvang at the WorldMark resort. Beautifully updated. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Looking forward to a return.
Rooms: Beautifully updated. Spacious room for those needing accommodations with any physical ailments (room designed specifically for those in need).
Safety: Felt very safe even with first floor access.
Walkability: Easily accessible to the local shops and Mission.
Food & drinks: Most things close early so you will need to plan.
Noteworthy details: Some of the shops no longer allow samples to taste. What a bummer!

For the most part me and my family really like this place. It's nice that it's not to far a ride to pismo our favorite coastal area. The town is really nice reminds us of our hometown. One thing that was a downer is that on the Thursday night of our last night to enjoy the pool table and ping pong table and our stay. My 4 year old wanted to go down stairs to the lobbie to play in the guest area because he was bored in the room. Granted it was after 10 pm and we know the outside pool and spa are closed and the fitness area,but the lady working that night pretty much kicked us out because some other teenagers were being to loud and rough with the ping pong . My 4 year old was upset we had to take him back up to the room after only a few minutes. I understand quite time but people are on vacation,not everyone goes to bed early on vacation.
