Didn't rent anything from them and they put me in collections, for nothing now we have to sue them , but Their equipment is horrible, terrible woman at the desk faulty electric connections on most equipment

Renting the equipment and giving them our money was the easy part...then the experience went south. The small stand up tractor with tracks continuously lost it's left track (9 times, even when driving straight on even ground). They were going to charge us to come out and put it back on. My husband, who is an experienced heavy equipment operator, indicated the track was bad to them but they didn't care. He fixed it all 9 times wasting 1/4 of the time we had rented it for (2 day rental). They would not even consider giving us a portion of a reimbursement. Upon returning the equipment, the woman at the front desk was only concerned that her first customer of the day had a complaint and that she had to deal with it.
