        Morgan Esposito was helpful and responsive to our need for a farm/ag policy. It should be noted that I contacted 4 other agencies and did not receive a response - not even from the agency I am already using for my home policy. I had given up, but Morgan came through.         Payton Frediani did an excellent job finding us an alternative to CalFair. Payton and Caldwell went to about 10 different insurers who declined (after our non-renewal of a mixed-use development). They worked this to the last day before we would have had to use CalFair and 2 other policies to obtain coverage and on the last day the quote came in. I really appreciate their effort and ability to communicate. A great firm and person to work with.
