Perhaps the worst customer service on the planet. I hired a shady attorney through them because they don't vet attorneys, and when contacting their customer service they never replied to email or returned phone calls that all went straight to voice mail. I even contacted BBB trying to get them to respond. Eventually someone responded to a comment I left elsewhere, and they deflected, lied and tried gaslighting. If you hire a good attorney through them that's great but if you need help they don't provide it, they do their best to ignore you and then victim blame, really disgusting.

I have a fairly simple estate; I also need a POA and Advanced Directives prepared. However, I've just had the experience of trying to use these same legal documents caring for my own parents.
