This shout-out is long overdue--and I usually don't YELP unless I really want to refer a great company. Peninsula Heating fits the bill.   The heat went out in one of my apartment units.  Every other company said I had to replace the equipment -- for around $6k. I had several quotes from my property manager. I decided to price it for myself and called Peninsula Heating. They came by, fixed the electrical panel for under $600 and did it on the same day.  Honest, fair, and prompt. I can't recommend them enough!

Our furnace went out last Sunday during very cold weather. My husband called very early Monday morning around 7am Joe responded as said he could come now and squeeze us in. Showed up a few minutes later and replaced part and we had heat! Wow! Can't say how much we appreciated the quick response. He is a very nice man, it was a pleasure. Highly recommend!!

We looked local after buying our house in SSF and realized that there was not a working heating system. Peninsula Heating was incredibly responsive to our initial email and Jose provided an in-person review & quote within a couple of days. He provided guidance on recommendations for multiple options which gave us the information we needed to make an informed choice.From there, we worked with Peninsula Heating to do a new, forced-air heating system with a furnace in the crawlspace and ducts in each room. It is working perfectly and got us through the winter months. Jose & Mark were thorough during their installation and worked with the city to get a signed permit. Linda and Joe were involved and supportive/communicative throughout the process to keep us in the loop. A fantastic crew and they're definitely a contact I'll be keeping in my back pocket if I do any other HVAC work in the future.
