        I feel inclined to put a rating up to balance out the other reviews. It's a good spot. Decent space, nice workers + receptionists.

        I wish we had read the previous review before we signed. This is one of the WORST places to do business. They really try to nickel and dime you with hidden charges and prorate it accordingly. Buyer beware.

        I would strongly urge all startups to stay away, they are a total scam. We were promised a reasonable monthly rate (~$1,800) for a very small 4-person office and after 17 days of occupancy had to cancel membership due to Covid-19 shutdown throughout the region with offices no longer accessible. They are now attempting to claim we owe them $10,000 for the time frame and are refusing to honor returning our deposit. It has been a horrible customer experience through this process and I would not want other startups to waste their time dealing with this.
