      image I came in for a simple oil change and tire rotation on Saturday March 14th at 830 am for an appointment. I left at 1039 am. Was told there is only one technician on hand every Saturday close to the end of my appointment. After I inspected the car I saw the tires weren't rotated and the oil still looked unchanged. The service rep seemed irritated that I pointed that out and simply stated "well it is a Tdi."
