Gabby and Steven at Carstar are awesome, 2nd vehicle I take there and their service is top notch, always update you on you vehicle status handle the insurance dirty work and have the car ready the they say they will. Body shop and painting is top quality.

Arrived on site at my scheduled appointment to be greeted by sloppy (at best) employee. I proceeded with the insurance claim interaction and began emptying my car to leave it for inspection and repairs. After waiting 10-20 minutes someone came up to me and asked me to leave. Said "take the car home and we will call you to reschedule". At that time I informed them that its extremely unprofessional to reschedule considering I am scheduled to go on a trip that same week. They told me I could go to another shop. They failed to honor their time commitment to me as scheduled through my insurance company weeks ago. If your too busy, then don't schedule people. I took time off work for this. It seems to me they didn't take amount of damage on my car seriously. Maybe it wasn't a big enough pay check. Still, should not treat clients this way. I am paying you to fix my car. Services: Body & Trim, Painting
