Started well, ended terribly. This is perhaps the most inept company I've ever witnessed. We basically had to do their job for them...for us. Ridiculous.

We wont ever rent from or work with this company again. I dont know where they found these guys, but the crew that showed up to move and load were seriously reckless operating their forklifts. It literally looked like they had no idea what a forklift is used for.
In less than half an hour, two guys managed to drive off a curb, impale multiple large boxes with the forks, and punch a hole through a drywall ceiling. It was unbelievable.
Even crazier, they barely seemed to notice, much less care. We had to call them off so we could figure out what to do. Im tired of thinking about this fiasco, so Ill just say that the company was totally irresponsible and unaccountable when we eventually, almost three hours later, got ahold of management.
We will be staying far away from these guys.
